The degree conferral date is the specific date your degree is officially awarded. This date is listed on both your diploma and transcripts.

Please note that if final grades arrive late or if the Intent to Graduate Form is submitted late, it may delay the degree conferral until the next available date, or delay the mailing of the diploma. Students who complete degree requirements between official conferral dates may request a Letter of Degree Completion from the Registrar鈥檚 Office if needed for employment, licensure, or further studies before the next conferral date.
