Most programs offered at the 91Ö±²¥ÊÓƵ have been approved for the training of veterans under the auspices of the Veterans Administration, and graduates of the University meet the educational requirements for officer candidacy in all branches of the armed forces.
The University is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.

The financial requirements of the University, changing costs, and other matters may require an adjustment of charges and expenses listed herein. The University reserves the right to make such adjustments to charges and expenses as may from time to time be necessary in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, up to the date of registration for a given academic term. The applicant acknowledges this reservation by the submission of an application for admission or by registration.
The 91Ö±²¥ÊÓƵ reserves the right in its sole judgment to make changes of any nature in its programs, calendar, or academic schedule whenever it is deemed necessary or desirable, including changes in course content, the rescheduling of classes with or without extending the academic term, canceling of scheduled classes or other academic activities, in any such case giving such notice thereof as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances.
While each student may work closely with an academic advisor, he or she must retain individual responsibility for meeting requirements in this catalog and for being aware of any changes in provisions or requirements.
