Tara K Pelletier, D.O., joins the 91直播视频Student Health Services team with over 20 years of clinical experience specializing in Family Medicine in Southern Maine. She believes in the strong healing capacity of connection, community and health partnerships. She has a particular interest in fostering trusting relationships to help support people in self-identifying and priorizing their personal health and wellness goals. Her life experiences have been instrumental in reinforcing that we all play a role in fostering a healthy environment where we all belong and can thrive.
Tara is an alumni of 91直播视频 College of Osteopathic Medicine Class of 2002. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Central Maine and Maine Medical Centers and her High Risk and Surgical Obstetrics Fellowship in Lawrence, MA. She is Board Certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She practiced family-centered obstetrics and full spectrum family medicine for 15 years in South Portland, ME.
She lives in South Portland with her 2 teenage sons, husband, dog and cat. She enjoys finding and creating moments of joy on a daily basis in addition to live music, connecting with friends/family and requires lots of time in the fresh air and outdoors.
