The Vice President for University Operations at the 91Ö±²¥ÊÓƵ with campuses in Biddeford and Portland Maine. He provides leadership and oversight for a wide range of services including: Facilities Management, Campus Safety and Security, Space Management, Energy Management, University Events and Conference Services, Real Estate Management, Mail and Duplication Services, Environmental Health & Safety, Waste Water Treatment Operations as well as Sustainability. Mr. Thibeault is also responsible for campus planning and capital construction. He has provided oversight of approximately $245,000,000 in construction projects over the last 18 years.

Mr. Thibeault has a B.S. in Forestry and Wildlife Management. He is a member of the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers and the Society of College and University Planners. In 1998 he received the Outstanding Staff Award from the 91Ö±²¥ÊÓƵ; and was the recipient of the Westbrook College Alumni Association Honorary Alumni Award in 2017.
